The calculator instantly shows you the direct cost breakdown: material quantities and prices, labor crew composition with daily wages, and equipment costs divided by productivity. You can edit any rate to match your local market prices — Egyptian Pounds, USD, EUR, SAR, or AED.

Then add your indirect costs and markups: site overhead, company G&A, mobilization, profit margin, contingency, insurance, and bonds. Each can be entered as a percentage or a fixed value. Finally, VAT (14% default for Egypt) is calculated on the subtotal to give you the final unit price — ready to plug into your Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for tendering.
