This tool processes project management metrics (Planned Value, Earned Value, Actual Cost) to calculate cost and schedule performance indices. All calculations occur client-side. Your project data is retained only in your local browser storage for convenience during your session.

4.3 Smart Price Calculator

Our advanced unit price analysis tool processes construction cost data including direct costs, indirect costs, overhead percentages, and profit margins. This tool implements industry-standard pricing methodologies and operates entirely on your device. Your pricing calculations remain private and are not transmitted to our servers.
